As a Brazilian company, we handle personal information under Brazil's LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018), and several U.S. state privacy laws may give you similar rights. Wherever you live, you can ask us for the following.
Access
Confirm whether we process your information and get a copy of what we hold, with where it came from and why we use it.
Correction
Correct information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
Deletion
Ask us to delete, anonymize or restrict information that is unnecessary, excessive or based on your consent.
Portability
Receive your information in a format that lets you take it to another provider.
Sharing
Find out which companies and organizations we share your information with, and why.
Withdrawing consent
Withdraw consent you have given us, such as for our newsletter, at any time and at no cost.
Objection
Object to our use of your information, including for direct marketing, where we rely on a basis other than your consent.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may be able to complain to your state attorney general or state privacy regulator, depending on where you live.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay to make a request?
No. Privacy requests are free of charge.
What information should I send?
Your name, the email address you used with GVC and the right you want to exercise. Please don't send documents or sensitive information unless we ask for them.
Can you refuse a request?
Yes, when the law requires us to keep the information, such as tax records, or when we cannot verify your identity. In those cases, we explain why in writing.
